MatchDay complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We collect the minimum needed to run the app, we do not sell your data, and we share it only within the limits set out below.

1. What we collect

• Account: Your name and email, plus your mobile and picture if you add them.
• Preferences: Favourite clubs and leagues, Home arrangement, language, numerals and calendar, and notification switches.
• Moments: The photos and text you post, and who you follow and who follows you.
• Technical: Notification token, device model, crash logs, IP address, and one-time passcodes (OTP).
• Subscription: Your MatchDay Plus status as Apple reports it to us (active or expired, and the expiry date). We never see your payment method or card — all payment happens with Apple.
• What we don't collect: We never ask for your location and never read your photo library — it is accessed only when you upload a picture yourself.

• To run your account, show what concerns your clubs, and send only the notifications you enabled.
• To run Moments, review reports and protect the community.
• To measure crashes, protect accounts against fraud, and comply with the law.

• Retention: We keep your data while your account exists; it is deleted within thirty days of closing it, except what we must retain by law.
• Security: Transport is encrypted (TLS) and internal access is limited to authorised staff.
• Your rights: You may access, correct, withdraw consent, request deletion, and object to processing.

5. matchday.sa website forms

• “Join our team”: Only your email and the field you choose, so we can contact you when we open the door.
• “Partnerships”: Your name, organisation and email, your mobile if you add it, the partnership type and your message, to reply to your request.
• Protection: We do not store your IP address; we keep a one-way coded token of it, used only to prevent abuse and spam.
• Use: Used only for the purpose you sent it for, never added to any marketing list, and never linked to an app account.
• Retention: Kept on a server that is not reachable from the internet, and deleted within twelve months of our last contact, or as soon as you ask.
